Kids and Schools Sponsorship

Polygon Sports Ltd (PSL) are dedicated to the development of sports training, participation and competition, especially involving young people in projects incorporating sport development and community. Polygon Sports will aim to grant or support projects involving Kids, schools or grassroots community projects. PSL will consider applications for first-time initiatives as well as the development of existing projects.

The Sponsorship could be awarded in form of sports training equipment and clothing. Please apply by sending

1. A short introductory letter clearly identifying the organisation and/or individual applying, the sum requested, and the names and contact details of two referees who would be willing to support the application.

2. A Project Description, maximum 1000 words for presentation to the PSL Board, covering the following topics.

Title: Organisation applying, project title and sum requested

Project aims, projected outcomes and brief summary of why the project is needed

Range, numbers and ages of participants with names of schools or other organisations who will benefit/participate in the project

Sporting content and activity including names of project leaders if known

Project plan, when it will start, how long it will take and where it will take place

Management and plans for evaluation

3. The project budget showing full estimated expenditure and anticipated income from all sources, including grants and applications to other bodies, with explanatory notes if needed.

Additional information (e.g. biographies of project leaders) can be enclosed if wished and will be used for reference.
